Job Title: Sales Executive

Working hours: 08h00 – 17h00 with a possible overtime component

As a Sales Executive (Hunter), you will play a vital role in driving business growth by acquiring new SMME customers and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for prospecting, developing leads, and closing sales opportunities within the SMME segment. Your strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and passion for technology will enable you to identify and understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and build long-lasting relationships.

- Prospect and generate leads within the SMME market through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential customers to identify their IT requirements, pain points, and business objectives.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, articulate the value of our MSP services, and develop compelling proposals and presentations.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with our technical team to develop comprehensive solutions that address customer requirements and provide maximum value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a high level of client retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the IT industry, preferably within an MSP or technology solutions environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate leads, and close sales deals, with a hunter mentality and a passion for achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills, with a focus on delivering value-based solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual with a high level of initiative and a proven ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies to manage leads, track opportunities, and analyse sales performance.

The role of a Junior Technical Consultant at Netelligent is to uphold the business brand and work as a team to deliver high quality, dependable service to customers – assisting with the setup and & maintenance of systems and troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Technical Troubleshooting
• Handle technical support for customers (ticket system based).
• Ensure a closed loop approach to the management of tasks.
• Service will be provided to customers remotely and onsite.
• Advisory role to customers and onsite technicians. - Systems Maintenance
• Execute preventative maintenance activities for customers on technical systems – patching, security review, update firewall rules.
• Reporting on systems.
