What Is 100 Days of Progress?

Our 100 Days of Progress is a company-wide challenge designed to bring our core values to life. Every team member, from technicians to leadership, takes on specific challenges set by our leadership team, each tied to one of our core values. These challenges push us to grow, collaborate, and make a difference, both within Netelligent and beyond. We’re also offering exciting rewards: staff who complete all their challenges earn a voucher, and if the entire company hits our collective goals, those vouchers are boosted.

But it’s not just about the rewards. This campaign strengthens our team, supports our families, and gives back to our community, reflecting our motto: Working IT, Living IT, Loving IT.
